Updates Coming to Battlefield X
The Battlefield team has announced upcoming changes to the game in the next updates. New maps, modes, and fixes requested by players are in the works. One significant change includes adjustments to weapon balance, such as the M87A1 requiring more accurate shots to take down enemies, making it less powerful. Recoil and weapon behavior in single shots or bursts are also being adjusted to promote balanced combat and reward players who master each weapon.
New Maps and Modes
Exciting news for fans of expansive maps as new scenarios are set to be released post-launch. This includes the introduction of Mirak Valley and a revised version of the classic Operation Firestorm, which will undergo testing in the Battlefield Labs mode. However, there has been some controversy surrounding the Rush mode, which was tested with a 12 vs. 12 player limit. While some players were not pleased with this scale, producers have mentioned that the smaller size aligns with the gameplay style of the mode, but they are open to feedback for potential adjustments.
Continued Support and Updates
Specific release dates for these features are yet to be confirmed, and it remains uncertain whether they will be offered for free. Nevertheless, ongoing support for Battlefield is assured, with updates rolling out gradually as they are finalized.
