Nintendo and The Pokémon Company recently gave fans a sneak peek at Pokémon Legends: Z-A, set to release on October 16 for the new Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch consoles.
Exploring Lumiose City
For those itching to visit Lumiose City, Nintendo spilled all the details on the new battle system, dynamic Pokémon capture mechanics, and the wild critters roaming the city’s Wild Zones. From chilling at the café, trying out new outfits, snapping pics, to taking part in the nighttime Z-A Royale tournament, there’s a lot to look forward to in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
Recently, we got a taste of Pokémon Legends: Z-A during an hour-long play session and we were hooked:
“The real test for Pokémon Legends: Z-A will be how it resonates with its vast and varied audience. Game Freak is constantly striving to create a game that captures the hearts of today’s kids while also honoring the nostalgia of long-time fans who have been dreaming up Pokémon evolutions for years. My experience with Pokémon Legends: Z-A left me impressed with the gameplay. It may not reinvent the wheel, but it definitely shakes things up enough to get me hyped for more.”
