Dragon Ball fans won’t have to wait much longer for the new series featuring Son Goku.
According to information reported by Comic Book, Dragon Ball Daima will premiere in Japan on October 11, 2024, a new anime set in the Dragon Ball universe, as part of the 40th anniversary of the original manga created by the late Akira Toriyama.
At the time of writing this news, we still don’t know when the series will arrive in other territories, including Portugal and Brazil.
This was one of the last projects of Dragon Ball creator, Akira Toriyama, who helped develop the original main story and character designs of Dragon Ball Daima before his death in March 2024.
“Due to a conspiracy, Goku and his friends become small. To fix things, they go to a new world! It’s a great adventure with intense action in an unknown and mysterious world. As Goku has to make up for his small size, he uses his Power Pole to fight, something that hasn’t been seen in a long time,” says the synopsis of the anime, revealed by Toriyama himself.
