Last week, EA Sports FC 26 remained the best-selling game in Europe, despite a 14% drop in sales. It still managed to stay ahead of Silent Hill F, which had the best debut. The Konami’s new game was the top-selling novelty in European stores, even though it was released on three platforms compared to Silent Hill 2’s remake on two platforms. The 2024 game managed to sell more units, with TheGameBusiness estimating that Silent Hill F sold 33% less than the Silent Hill 2 remake in Europe in October 2024.
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds also made it to the top 10 best-sellers in Europe, but it sold less than Sonic X Shadow Generations and much less than Mario Kart World. Another highlight was Assassin’s Creed Shadows, which, just before the arrival of Ghost of Yotei, enjoyed price cuts to appear among the best-sellers.
