Game of Thrones Universe Continues to Expand
The world of Game of Thrones on television is constantly growing.
Following the success of Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon, fans can now anticipate A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, a prequel series based on various stories written by George R. R. Martin.
In a recent post on his personal blog, Martin revealed that filming for the series had been completed months ago, and he has already viewed all six episodes.
“I have now seen all six episodes (the last two in rough cuts, I admit), and I loved them. Dunk and Egg have always been my favorites, and the actors we found to play them are just amazing,” he shared.
“For those seeking non-stop action, this series may not be for you. While there is a thrilling fight scene, there are no dragons, big battles, or white walkers this time…”
Martin mentioned that the series is expected to debut later this year, possibly in the fall.
