New Manga “Mimojuro” by Gege Akutami
After finishing Jujutsu Kaisen, Gege Akutami is back with a new short-lived manga, which will debut in early September in the weekly Shonen Jump magazine, where he introduced his popular initial work.
Collaboration with Artist Yuji Iwasaki
“Mimojuro” is the name of Akutami’s new manga, a project in which he is collaborating with artist Yuji Iwasaki, who will illustrate the entire story that Akutami has planned for his new work. Unlike Jujutsu Kaisen, Akutami will only write the script for Mimojuro.
Jujutsu Kaisen ended in September 2024, in chapter 271, but it still remains highly popular in various entertainment media, from video games to animated films that are expanding their events.
Mimojuro will arrive in Weekly Shonen Jump on September 8th.
