Sony Interactive Entertainment has recently implemented changes to make it simpler for customers to request refunds for purchases made on the PlayStation Store. Now, users can easily navigate through the mobile app or browser to access their transaction history and request a refund if needed.
Limitations and Restrictions
It’s important to note that there are limitations to this refund process. Refunds are only available within the first 14 days after purchase and for games that have not been downloaded or played. This ensures that the refund option is not abused as a demo service.
