Possible Expansion of Platforms
There are indications that both State of Decay 3 and Gears of War: E-Day may come to PlayStation 5. This information comes from an analysis of producers’ resumes linked to these projects, where it is possible to read that both games are expected to be released not only for Xbox Series and PC, but also for PS5.
In the case of Gears of War: E-Day, the context is a bit more evident, as Gears of War: Reloaded has already been confirmed for PlayStation 5, making it plausible that other titles in the series will also arrive on the same platform. On the other hand, State of Decay 3 is a new title and there are no official confirmations yet, only indirect references found in the resumes of Undead Labs employees, the studio responsible for the game.
Unconfirmed Information
Although this information indicates a possible expansion of the platforms for these two properties, it has not been officially confirmed by Microsoft or the studios involved. It is worth mentioning that, in the case of State of Decay 3, the last title in the series was released seven years ago and, so far, only a few trailers have been released, with no indication of a release date or whether the project is still alive.
