Take-Two to Shut Down Production Studios at Private Division
Take-Two is making some big changes at Private Division, the division dedicated to supporting indie developers. They recently assisted Moon Studios in launching No Rest for the Wicked in early access.
The company has decided to lay off approximately 600 employees, including those from Roll7 and Intercept Games. This means both studios will be closing their doors.
Roll7, known for games like OlliOlli and Rollerdrome, has always been praised for their artistic and creative releases. Intercept Games, on the other hand, gained recognition for Kerbal Space Program, but unfortunately won’t be able to release their third game, as reported by Bloomberg.
Layoffs and Studio Closures at Private Division
Apart from shutting down Roll7 and Intercept Games, Take-Two will also be letting go of employees at Private Division.
