KPop Demon Hunters is a phenomenon that Netflix aims to capitalize on in every way possible, whether on the small screens at home or on the big screens in movie theaters.
Special Screenings and Sing-Along Events
Rumi (Arden Cho), Mira (May Hong), and Zoey (Ji-young Yoo) are heading to movie theaters in the United States and Canada, where a special version of KPop Demon Hunters will be shown during “Sing-Along” events on August 23 and 24. Attendees will have the chance to watch the film while singing along to help close the Honmoon.
Currently, KPop Demon Hunters is the second most-watched English-language film on the streaming service and the most-watched animated film ever on Netflix. Not to mention its strong presence on music charts worldwide, with over 3 billion streams.
