Epic Games Store Offers Civilization VI for Free
The Epic Games Store is currently offering Sid Meier’s Civilization VI for free until July 24. As part of the platform’s summer campaign, anyone can get the game for free and keep it in their library forever.
Platinum Edition and Summer Discounts
The available version is the Platinum Edition, which includes not only the base game but also all expansions and additional content released since 2016, when the Firaxis title was originally published. This edition brings together content such as Rise and Fall, Gathering Storm, and various civilization and scenario packs.
The campaign coincides with the store’s summer discounts, which this year include games like Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Assassin’s Creed: Shadows, and Timberborn. During this period, users making purchases through the Epic payment system will receive 20% in Epic Rewards, a bonus valid until August 31.
