House of the Dragon: Season 2 Details
The second season of House of the Dragon is set to premiere in June of this year, continuing the events of the first (and acclaimed) season.
For those who watched the series, the first season was structured in a very curious way, with a 10-year time jump in the middle that required the replacement of some of the main actors.
During a panel at CCXP, actor Steve Toussaint, who plays Lord Corlys Velaryon in the series, shared some interesting details about the second season, revealing that there was a small time jump compared to the first.
“Ok, the 2nd season starts about 10 days after the end of the 1st season. So, for Corlys, he is still coming to terms with the pain of losing his son, his brother, his daughter and heir, his grandson. He is dealing with that, in addition to holding on to his relationship with his wife, so that is his state. He is very weakened and emotional,” Toussaint states.
