The Wizards of the Coast has announced an agreement with the producer Giant Skull to develop a single-player action and adventure game set in the popular Dungeons & Dragons universe.
According to the press release, the studio led by Stig Asmussen will create an immersive Dungeons & Dragons universe, with a rich narrative, heroic combat, and exciting travels, for players to surrender to its charms.
Asmussen is especially known as the director of God of War 3 at Sony Santa Monica and the director of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order at Respawn Entertainment, but now he is the CEO of Giant Skull, his own production company that is preparing more cinematic action and adventure for a single player.
Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast trust Asmussen and Giant Skull as they are described as talented creators, capable of building engaging worlds and telling stories that grip the player.
