Square Enix Working on Bringing Final Fantasy 14 to Nintendo Switch 2
The Square Enix has already announced several games for the Nintendo Switch 2, some of them exclusive, but Final Fantasy 14 is not on that list. However, the company is working to see if they can bring this version to the console.
Positive Talks with Nintendo
Naoki Yoshida, producer of Final Fantasy 14, revealed that they are in talks with Nintendo about adapting their popular MMORPG for the latest Nintendo console. Yoshida described the discussions as “positive” and hopes to have “good news” soon.
For the Final Fantasy 14 team at Square Enix, the Switch 2 would represent a great opportunity for MMORPG players, whether they are newcomers or veterans. Yoshida mentioned that players could play the story on the Nintendo Switch 2 and use the PC version for raids or other activities.
