Charlie Cox: The Unexpected Game Star
Charlie Cox, the actor best known as DareDevil from Marvel Studios, admits feeling like a fraud receiving immense praise for his work in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, even though he’s not a gamer.
Cox never imagined the game would be so successful. He took on a job, spent four hours in the studio, and thought that would be the end of it for him. The unexpected success of the game caught him off guard and is now becoming a significant part of his current career phase.
Unexpected Success
At a recent event in Washington, D.C., Cox shared, “Very, very quickly, and I don’t want to in any way minimize it, and it’s very cool, apparently the game is spectacular. I don’t play, I have no idea, I haven’t played it.”
Despite feeling like a total fraud, Cox is thrilled with the game’s success and the achievements of Sandfall Interactive, the production company behind Expedition 33. However, he finds it uncomfortable when people want to discuss the game with him, as he truly knows nothing about it.
