Bethesda Offers Free Upgrade to PlayStation 5 Version of Fallout 4 for PS Plus Users
Bethesda has announced that all PlayStation Plus users who have access to Fallout 4 can now upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version at no additional cost.
Issue Resolved for PS Plus Extra and Premium Members
Initially, the transition from the PS4 version to the PS5 version was not available for PS Plus users, even though Fallout 4 was included in the PS Plus Catalog for Extra and Premium members. Bethesda quickly resolved this issue, allowing Extra and Premium subscribers to access the PS5 version as long as their subscription is active.
Those who added the PS4 version of Fallout 4 through the PS Plus Collection on the PS5 did not have the option for a free upgrade, but this has now been fixed by Bethesda. All players who have Fallout 4 in their digital library through PS Plus can now access the PS5 version without any extra cost.
