Arnaud Muller, executive director of Bandai Namco Europe, shared his excitement for the return of the Armored Core series after almost a decade, expressing ambitions to expand the reach of the game beyond previous installments.
He mentioned, “Our goal is not to reach the level of Elden Ring, but we aim to achieve greater success than before with Armored Core. With FromSoftware’s reputation for quality, fueled by the success of Elden Ring, we believe players will be enticed to try out this new game.”
Currently holding an impressive Metacritic score of 87 for the PS5 and PC versions, Armored Core 6 marks a significant milestone for the series, with Muller emphasizing the rewarding combat system and the potential for new players to discover and enjoy the game.
