Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is set to be released in just two days, but one lucky player managed to get their hands on a physical copy ahead of time. However, their excitement was quickly dampened by a prompt to install an update before being able to play the game.
After receiving their early physical copy for the PlayStation 5, the player eagerly inserted it into their console only to be met with a screen that left them stuck. Unable to proceed, they had no choice but to close the game and patiently wait for the necessary update to make it playable.
Furthermore, the cover of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora clearly states that an internet connection is essential for installing the full game on the console’s SSD.
