Baldur’s Gate 3: A PlayStation 5 Launch
Baldur’s Gate 3 is shaping up to be one of the biggest moments of 2023, and after the huge success it’s achieving with the PC release, it promises to repeat the feat in September when it arrives on the PlayStation 5.
Scheduled for September 6 on Sony’s console, Baldur’s Gate 3 from Larian Studios is the most reserved game on the PlayStation Store in the United States, and in Portugal, it’s in second place, behind EA Sports FC 24 in both the Ultimate and Standard editions. Football has no rival in Portugal.
In the United States, Baldur’s Gate 3 is ahead of Mortal Kombat 1, Madden NFL 23, Spider-Man 2, EA Sports FC 24, and NBA 2K24, a list of incredibly popular names. The Larian game has generated a lot of interest in the weeks leading up to the final release, and the announcement of the PS5 version has helped attract immense attention to the game.

With over 700,000 players simultaneously on Steam, Baldur’s Gate 3 is already one of the most popular games ever on the Valve platform and is now heading to the PS5, where a great reception is expected.
