The beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is now live, but it has seen a slow start compared to Battlefield 6. Steam reported a peak of 75,000 players during the initial phase, far behind Battlefield 6’s 335,000 concurrent players at launch. On Twitch, Black Ops 7 attracted around 185,000 views, while Battlefield 6 reached 504,000, indicating more buzz around the latter for now.
Features of the Beta Version
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 beta offers three 6v6 maps, four game modes, and a Zombies mode. Players can also test the new Omnimovement system and customize weapons and gear as they level up.
Release Date and Future Expectations
Black Ops 7 is set to officially launch on November 14, 2025. It will be interesting to see if Activision can generate more excitement for the game by then. Stay tuned for updates!
