Bioware’s Dragon Age: Dreadwolf Development
Bioware has announced that Dragon Age: Dreadwolf is being finished with the help of the Mass Effect team and Mark Darrah, who left the company in 2020 but has now returned as a consultant to help fine-tune the experience.
With the next Mass Effect still in pre-production, EA has tasked the team to assist in completing the development of Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, while Darrah was recruited due to his long history with the series, Bioware, and game development in this genre.
Gary McKay, general manager of Bioware, told Venturebeat that they want to create the best Dragon Age: Dreadwolf possible and at this stage of pre-production, it is important to have more staff to fix bugs and polish the experience. Regarding Darrah, he says it is a pleasure to have someone with so many years of experience on board.
Since September 2022, Dragon Age: Dreadwolf has been in pre-production and the team is already able to play it from start to finish.
