EA Sports WRC 2024 Update Roadmap Revealed
Electronic Arts has unveiled the roadmap for updates to EA Sports WRC in 2024, highlighting new locations, races, high-performance vehicles, and customizable paint jobs. The 2024 season update aims to provide the ultimate rally experience.
Season 6 Rally Pass and WRC Esports Championship
Prior to the 2024 Season Expansion, the Season 6 Rally Pass will be released from July to September, bringing new rewards such as helmets and racing suits. For the first time, there will be customization options for other vehicle classes besides WRC. Additionally, the WRC Esports Championship 2024 will be introduced, featuring online events and a live final.
Matthew Battison, Creative Director at Codemasters, emphasizes that the update will keep the game content fresh, allowing players to expand their careers with new locations and vehicles.
EA Sports WRC is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC through the EA App, Epic Store, and Steam. The game features 50 teams from WRC, WRC2, and FIA Junior WRC, offering greater realism with authentic races and dynamic driving. The 2024 season expansion will include two additional DLC packs, available for purchase in-game or in the digital store.
