Portugal’s gaming market mirrors that of other European countries, with Minecraft securing the 2nd position in sales, followed by GTA 5 in 3rd place. Titles like Assassin’s Creed: Shadows and Mario Party Jamboree also feature prominently among the best sellers.

Combining sales data from multiple European countries, EA Sports FC 25 emerges as the undisputed leader, surpassing titles like Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Minecraft. Notably, Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 are the only two games released in 2025 that have managed to secure a spot on the top-selling list in Europe.
