Football Manager 25 has announced that it will be released on November 26, 2024, for various platforms including PC, Mac, PS5, Xbox, and exclusively on Netflix for mobile devices. This year’s edition brings a major technical overhaul to the series by switching to the Unity graphics engine, aiming to enhance performance and provide more realistic visuals with animations inspired by real football matches.
Introduction of Women’s Football
One of the most anticipated features is the inclusion of women’s football in the game, offering players a seamless experience between men’s and women’s football. Additionally, Football Manager 25 has partnered with the Premier League to bring added realism and authenticity to the English league.
Simplified User Interface
To streamline the gaming experience, certain features like touchline shouts and Versus mode have been removed due to low usage or technical constraints. The Touch version for the Nintendo Switch will be available on December 3 for those who prefer a portable format. Furthermore, FM25 has revamped its user interface based on various playing styles, making navigation and access to crucial information easier while still maintaining detailed gameplay.
