As Bungie works to regain favor with the Destiny community, they are also striving to steer Marathon in the right direction. Originally scheduled for September 23rd, the game has been delayed to an undisclosed date in order to improve the overall quality of the experience.
Contrary to expectations, today we are not celebrating the arrival of Marathon, and even the new State of Play event will not be the moment for any revelations, as reported by Forbes. According to Forbes sources, Marathon will not be featured in this State of Play, and if there are any updates on the game, they will most likely come in November.
When Bungie announced the delay of Marathon, they also mentioned that they would talk about the game again in the fall, so we are looking at approximately a 6-month period without any updates, if they come in November.
