Koei Tecmo establishes new AAA game studio
Koei Tecmo has established a new studio dedicated to the development of AAA games, with plans to showcase their work in 2025.

In a recent message published in Famitsu, Yosuke Hayashi, known for his work on series such as Ninja Gaiden, Nioh, Hyrule Warriors, Dead or Alive, as well as games like Wild Hearts and Rise of the Ronin, hinted at a new game reveal in the near future.
Following the release of Rise of the Ronin, Hayashi has been focusing on a new AAA game project with the new studio. He mentioned, “In 2025, we will unveil the inaugural game from the new Koei Tecmo Games studio.”
While specific details about the project remain undisclosed, Hayashi expressed his interest in the potential of AI, highlighting its significance in the evolution of game development.
