Billbil-kun, a reliable French source with a track record of leaking information ahead of official announcements, disclosed that the upcoming updates for the October PlayStation Plus Catalog will feature Konami’s Silent Hill 2 remake.
Exciting Arrival for Horror Fans
Developed by Bloober Team, the remake was initially released in early October 2024 for the PS5 and PC platforms. For those who have not yet experienced the revamped version of this classic horror game, it will become available as part of the PS Plus updates starting on October 21, according to reports.
Although there has been no formal confirmation from Konami or Sony regarding the inclusion of the Silent Hill 2 remake in the PlayStation Plus lineup, the timing of its potential release would make it a fitting addition for the Halloween season, especially following the launch of Alan Wake 2.
