According to the announcement, both the PS5 slim and PS5 slim Digital consoles will have their prices reduced until December 24, 2024. This limited-time offer allows consumers in the United States to purchase a PS5 slim for less than $400, with the digital version now priced at $379.
While there has been no mention of a price cut for Europe yet, Sony’s statement hints that the disc drive version of the PS5 slim may also see a reduction in price. The company’s decision to lower prices reflects its commitment to making gaming experiences more affordable for a wider audience.
