Out with the Old, In with the New
According to Iizuka, updating Sonic Adventure to today’s standards would take just as much time and effort as creating a brand new game. So, why not focus on something new and exciting? That’s why there are currently no plans for any remakes.
It looks like if we do get another Sonic Adventure game, it’ll probably be Sonic Adventure 3. But with the success of Sonic Frontiers, it’s safe to say that Sonic Frontiers 2 is the main priority right now.
