Marvel Studios Series Update
Fans of Marvel Studios who enjoyed the series “It Was Always Agatha” have now learned that a second season will not be produced. They also have to face the harsh reality that WandaVision Season 2 was desired by the company, but the writer did not want to.
Patti Lupone’s Revelation
Patti Lupone, the actress who plays Lilia Calderu, revealed to the world that “It Was Always Agatha” Season 2 will not happen, just like WandaVision Season 2 did not happen, as Jac Schaeffer, the writer of both series, does not like second seasons.
Lupone recalled when Schaeffer told her that Calderu would die in the series, which made her sad because she wanted to work on a second season. The writer responded, “I don’t do second seasons. They wanted me to do a second season of WandaVision and I didn’t.”
This suggests that Marvel Studios wanted WandaVision Season 2, but Schaeffer said no and chose to work on Agatha.
Now, we have to wait for the series VisionQuest to continue learning more about this side of the Marvel cinematic universe, but the idea of a second season of WandaVision will certainly remain as something interesting that we won’t get.
